Bridge Art Gallery Exhibit Has Guest Curator and African-American Artists – The Bridge Art Gallery

The 6th edition of the Expressive Creative Soul art exhibition will be held at Bayonne’s Bridge Art Gallery on Saturday, Feb. 8. The 2020 guest curator is Bryant Small.

An award-winning alcohol ink artist, Small was a recipient for the Award of Excellence by Conception Arts in 2017. He was also recognized by Art Market Magazine for its Gold List: Top Contemporary Artists of Today in 2018.

Small is a Jersey City resident who balances his art life with his career in social marketing and media in New York City. He shares his work daily on Instagram @BFLY777.

Small began pursing art after watching his mother, Diane Small-English, who will also be present at Saturday’s exhibit, excel in the art community of Washington D.C. Originally meant to be nothing more than a fun activity, Small’s passion for art began to emerge and his work has now been exhibited throughout the U.S., where some of his pieces are part of private collections.
