Dia Art Foundation (“Dia”) Dia provides its websites and online store in support of our charitable mission to support artists and facilitate the public’s understand and appreciation of the arts. By accessing Dia’s websites, you accept these terms and conditions. Dia may revise these terms and conditions at any time, which revisions will be binding. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept the Terms and Conditions and other notices, without qualifications or limitations, and acknowledge full and complete acceptance of these terms.

Dia makes reasonable efforts to offer accurate information on Dia’s website, but Dia makes no representations or warranties as to its accuracy and assumes no liability for any errors or omissions in the content of the Site. Use of and browsing in the Site are at your risk. Neither Dia nor any other party involved in creating, hosting or maintaining the Site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the Site. Dia assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses or malware that may infect your computer equipment or other property as a result of your access to, use of, browsing in, or downloading of any Content from the Site.

Privacy and Security

Dia is committed to protecting the privacy of its website visitors. Dia will not sell your personal information or share your information with any third parties except those contracted by Dia for the purposes of advancing our mission. These contractors are required to agree that they will use the information only for Dia’s purposes and will not share or sell any information with any other third party.

Please note that Dia’s website is not specifically dedicated to children. Children under the age of thirteen are required to obtain permission from an adult before submitting information to Dia’s websites.

Dia News: If you wish to receive information about Dia’s programs, you may subscribe via our website to our Email lists. You may unsubscribe at any time following the instructions in each email. This service is hosted by a contractor that has agreed to use the information you provide only to send communication from Dia.

Dia’s Online Commerce: Dia offers books and other items for sale via www.diaart.org. Your billing and shipping information will be required to complete an order. Your personal information and credit card information is transmitted via an encrypted SSL connection and will not be sold or given to any third parties for any purpose beyond order fulfillment. If you prefer to place an order by telephone, Dia’s bookshop can be reached during Dia:Beacon’s open hours at (845) 440-0100 x26.

Dia Membership, Online Donations, Ticket Purchases and Event RSVPs: If you wish to sign up for, renew, or gift a Dia membership, make a donation, or purchase tickets or rsvp for an event online, your billing information may be required to complete an order. These transactions will be facilitated by a contractor who has agreed to use the information you provide only for the purpose of completing your transaction and tracking membership and registration status. Your personal information and credit card information is transmitted via an encrypted SSL connection and will not be sold to any third parties. If you prefer to purchase or renew a membership or make a donation, you may do so by calling Dia’s Development department at (212) 293-5602.

Press area: To access Dia’s press images, Dia requires the creation of an account with name, email and affiliation. Your information will be used only for communication with Dia’s Press department and will not be shared with any third party.

Share Features: Dia uses third-party services to enable easy sharing of content with others. The information you provide when using these services is subject to the third parties’ privacy policies.

Usage Analysis: Dia tracks visits usage of its website via a third party to better understand our audience’s need. This data is contains no personally identifying information.

Copyright and Permission

Dia retains all rights to data, images, text, and all other information contained on this website. The materials on this website are copyrighted by Dia or by third parties whose credit line appears in association with their copyrighted image or information. Absence of copyright information does not imply lack of copyright by Dia or a third party.
